Shipping within the Netherlands:

Ordered before 23:30 (on weekdays), is delivered the next day*.

Note: You can have delivery at home or pick up at a service point!!!

Shipping to Belgium

Every order before 8:30 pm on weekdays will be shipped the same day. For weekend orders, the standard delivery day is Tuesday.

Shipping to other countries:

We ship our packages the same day before 6pm. The delivery time depends on the destination. Within Europe, it will generally be delivered within 1 to 3 days.

*Exceptions:

If we cannot manage to deliver it the next day, we will always let you know. Our packages with 1 SooBluu beach towel fit through the mailbox, so you don't have to be home, which is convenient.

Of course, there are some exceptions. We have listed them for you below.

The exceptions: why it sometimes takes a little longer?
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
- If we are too busy, we adjust our delivery times. This can happen around the holidays, for example.
- We do not deliver on public holidays.
- Very sometimes there is a malfunction in our warehouse or software and then it can sometimes take longer.

For the Netherlands and Belgium we charge a small contribution to shipping costs: €3.50 per package

Free shipping is from 35 euros.

Yes within the Netherlands it is possible to choose your own delivery time.

Very annoying, our apologies! Unfortunately, this does happen sometimes with DHL. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of starting an investigation. If this takes too long or the package is lost, we will resend the package!!!

Unfortunately, this is not possible. With DHL, everything is tightly organized. However, you can specify a service point when ordering, where you want to pick it up. That already helps tremendously!

Handy to know: an order up to 1 SooBluu beach towel just goes through the mailbox!
