Enter your order number and email address here. You will immediately see the return label on the screen and in your email. Use your mobile phone to show this to the service point to return your package. In most cases no printer is needed!

Then take the following steps:

1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.

2. You can reuse the same shipping bag or box again. Please make sure the package is well packed.

3. You can drop off the parcel at a DHL Parcelshop or other service point. There is always one nearby. The address label will indicate the nearest service points. Always keep your proof of shipment.

4, After receiving the return, we will credit the total amount of the returned items within the legal 14 days. We will refund the purchase amount returned minus the return costs to your account. Once we have refunded your account, you will receive a confirmation.

SooBluu charges a small fee a 2.50 for a return. We deduct this cost from the refund of the return.

If you have received an order and would like to return it, this is of course no problem. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please check immediately upon receipt that you have received everything in good order and everything is as expected.
