SooBluu is extremely popular, and our products sell out incredibly fast time and time again. That's why we're now offering you the opportunity to place pre-orders, so you don't miss out on your favorite items. At SooBluu, pre-orders can only be placed for products that we are certain will be back in stock within less than 8 weeks. 

Here you will find all the information you need to place a pre-order and what you can expect from the pre-order process.

What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order is an order you place for a product that is currently out of stock but will be available again within a certain period. This gives you the assurance that you will receive the desired product as soon as it is back in stock.

Payment and Confirmation

For pre-orders, we require advance payment. This allows us to guarantee the production and delivery of your product. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your pre-order.

Delivery Time

While we do our utmost to meet the estimated delivery time, it can sometimes happen that delays occur in the production or shipping process. If this happens, we will of course keep you informed about the status of your order. You will receive an email with the expected new shipping date as soon as we have more information. If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so at any time and receive a full refund immediately.
